- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪All my insurance paperwork was sent in advance to his office but his assitant, Charlene lost it. When I got there they made me paid 270$ in advance since they did not have any insurance authorization. Then They asked me to pee in alreally rude manners and I could not and the assistant laugh at me and the doctor was OK with that. I ask him to ask her for an apology and he denied to ask her. She was absolutely rude. Finally they found the authorization but they did not apologize for losing my "private paperwork".
