  The children's dentist office is great. The staff is friendly and work great with the kiddies. They inform us every step, they put my kids at ease when they are nervous, and take their time with them. Our appt. Was at 1 pm and got called at that time. Was in and out within an hr., and that was for both my children. We have been attending this location for 4 yrs.

  My 1 year old daughter had had a cough for weeks, and get doctor gave a prescription to get an x Ray at Miami children's. She was turned away and told she needed a insurance authorisation#. Ok. We had to leave cause the insurance want open on Saturday. We talked to our doctor Monday he spoke to the insurance and scheduled us on Tuesday. We go in and they turned is our a second time saying this is not what we need in order to see her. So we have to leave as it's after 6 and we both work. We speak to the doctor and the insurance both telling us their is no authorization# they don't know what the hospital is talking about. We get the paperwork showing this and go back... They agree to see us finally!!! Thank God right? Who knows what's wrong with my daughter... That take the first x Ray then the technician says he was ordered to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!! A lady comes in and says you were here the other day and we told you you need an authorization number!!! We can't see you!!!!!!! AFTER THE FIRST X RAY WAS TAKEN!!! SO I PLEASE TOO SEE US AS AN URGENT CARE PATIENT, AND SHE SAYS NO THE DOCTOR MAY NOT ORDER X RAY'S YOU HAVE TO GO!!!!! REALLY???? I THOUGHT YOU ALL TOO OATHS TO HELP PATIENTS!!! ESPECIALLY 1 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRLS... A BABY!!!! these people don't care about your children they only care about bottom line and are too foolish to even know how it works... Do you self a favor NEVER EVER EVER depend on this place to care about you or your child!!! You should ALL BE ASHAMED!!!
